Each order of our orders are custom made just for you.  Before you purchase, please understand that we cannot accept returns at this time if you select the wrong size, color or changed your mind.  Please feel free to contact us at quincykidapparel@gmail.com if you have any questions or concerns.  

Damages and issues
We honor the quality of each of our products. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  We will provide a reprint or a refund if we are contacted within 14 days of product delivery.  Please provide a clear picture and description of the defect, damage or wrong item to quincykidapparel@gmail.com.
